What You Eat

The Family Health Guide in the UK has a listing of foods that are said to make you smarter. Food of note includes cocoa products, nuts, and blueberries. Hooray for science, now I’m going to eat a walnut blueberry muffin with chocolate frosting! It’s for the betterment of my well-being.
