Speaking of Tim Horton's

I just read this article about a Tim Horton's drive-thru lineup that become way out of control. A town in Quebec is blaming the Tim Horton's among other things for creating a huge traffic jam that blocks the street on a regular basis. The plan is to re-work some of the streets in order to stop the clogging traffic and give a little more room for drivers. Has anyone thought that maybe another Tim Horton's in the neighborhood to take on the extra customers might be more profitable, easier, and less silly?
