Chew Gum, Eat Less

A study (that was partially funded by Wrigley's) has discovered that chewing gum can actually reduce people's craving to eat.  Although you might be cynical about this study because of the company that funded it, I have to say that there must be some truth to it.  Most importantly, if you're chewing gum, you can't really chew something  else, so therefore, you probably won't eat while chewing gum.
