Chewy Lithuanian Treat

The worst part about traveling and discovering new treats is the realization that after you've tasted something you may never find that treat again.  This is the case with today's Poland/Lithuania Review-A-Thon treat.  Without giving away too much of the review, I can tell you that I may have to try and find a source for these that will export to me.
