Manila's President Makes Me Sad

I'm happy that he's decided to cut down the smoking, for the new year.  But I'm sad that he's decided to cut down on chocolate and cola.  I'm sad because I feel for the people of Manila, a person in caffeine and chocolate withdraw is not the kind of person you want as a leader.
