Amazing Candy/Junk Food Books That You Should Read - Harry Potter Candy Store?

I feel like the only way someone should read about the candy store featured in Harry Potter has to have scratch and sniff.

I'm Going Nuts, Falling Into Pieces... - Reese's Pieces "Peanut"

Here's the strange thing about Reese's Pieces, I'm not really a big fan. I think the only time I ever asked my parents to buy me a box (or bag) of Reese's Pieces was the first time I saw the movie ET. I will tell you that I am easily influenced by what I see on TV. Every time I bite into a Reese's Piece I, for some reason, expect to taste chocolate. For those unfamiliar with this classic American treat, it's like a peanut butter M&M without the chocolate.

Click here to find out if these updated Reese's Pieces are any different (spoilers, they are).

Also be sure to check out of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter feeds as well.

It's Another Kit Kat Bar - Kit Kat "Matcha Green Tea"

I'm going to be completely honest with you guys, I'm getting a little tired of Kit Kat bars. I'm not going to put the blame on the creative people at Nestle, because those people have created some amazing flavour combination that work really well with the Kit Kat format. I think I might have just eaten too many varieties of Kit Kat bar in the last 2 or 3 years. I have, in the last few months, seen at least 4 different varieties of Kit Kat bars and not bought them. I just don't get excited about them. I don't blame anybody really, no one forced me to sample so many varieties of Kit Kat bars, but I did. I'm sure I'll get over this, and I'll see a Kit Kat bar that really excites me, but for now I think I might take a break from these bars... except I might be eating a classic Kit Kat for a video idea I have in the works, just maybe no reviews for a little while.

Click here to check out the Kit Kat review that broke me a little.

This Episode Of Chris, Why Would You Eat That?!! Really Hurt

I really try not to eat things on Chris, Why Would You Eat That?!! that are extreme, or that I'm sure I'm going to hate. There are a few exceptions, and this is one of them. I don't like spicy food, but when I had the chance to sample the spiciest ramen available in stores, I had to give it a try.

It's Time To Crunch Some Doritos - Doritos "Ketchup"

I have really mixed feelings about Ketchup flavoured potato chips (let alone Ketchup flavoured corn chips). I can't say that I dislike them, yet it's probably a flavour of chip that I would never buy. This is a flavour that I truly enjoy, yet I've never craved it. That seems a little weird to me. I can safely say that just about every snack I've reviewed on candycritic.org that has a higher than 10 review score, at some point I've craved it again, except for Ketchup flavoured chips. It's a little weird.

Click here to read about these chips that I really enjoyed, but I'm not sure why.

This Tiny Candy Made Me Think Some Pretty Big Thoughts - Starburst "Minis Original"

There is the famous expression that "size doesn't matter", I do not believe that at all when it comes to candy. I think the size of a candy can make or break it for so many reasons. Health is the first thing that comes to mind, as you should really not eat an entire 5 pound Hershey bar by yourself. Next thing to think about is variety, better to have a few bites with varying flavours than eat a candy until you're sick of it (I call this the Costco effect). It also sucks to have too fleeting a taste of a candy. The last, and I argue most important thing to think about when the size of a treat changes is the ratio of ingredients. The biggest problem I find when I eat a candy treat that's had a size change is the ratio of ingredients changes and throws everything off. Strangely this treat had a problem of its own.

Click here to find out why I don't think these Starburst succeeded being mini Starburst.

You should also check out our Micro Comic called Snack Facts, it's pretty sweet.
