So What Is Extreme?

 Is the word "extreme" (and other words like it) just a marketing tool, or is there a flavour called extreme?

I really try not to eat things on Chris, Why Would You Eat That?!! that are extreme, or that I'm sure I'm going to hate. There are a few exceptions, and this is one of them. I don't like spicy food, but when I had the chance to sample the spiciest ramen available in stores, I had to give it a try.
