Vegetables In Candy

It may seem a strange idea to put vegetables in candy but it's actually pretty good. In my time in Japan I came across many treats with things like sweet potato in them and they were fantastic. There are so many sweet vegetables that would taste great as a sweet treat, and even a few sour ones. I challenge anybody to make me a tomato lollipop, I'll try it, and I can't see why I wouldn't like it.
