I love baking with cookies. When you bake with cookies it's like making a double dessert. You have the cookies, which are a dessert unto themselves, then you have the dessert you've made with the cookies, like a nice Oreo cheesecake. I wonder if it would be possible to make an Oreo cookie cookie. Take the ingredients in an Oreo and make another kind of cookie, or even a similar cookie to the original. This cookie idea has just blown my mind.
