That's One Cold Cola

The fact that this man has a maple leaf on his toque tells me that he might be Canadian, and this might be the most Canadian way ever to pour a coke.

A Deep Dive Into Banana Candy

I've always thought I was the only person who thought banana candy doesn't actually taste like any banana I've known.

Pop Rocks Rock!

This is probably the first candy I every discovered that had a science heavy component. Before this I thought candy was simple.

If you want to read something a little less complicated than Pop Rocks, pick up my book called Treats and Beasts.

Does This Work?

I've always been skeptical about this trick and I don't think I'll ever try it. My problem is that I can't see myself wasting a bunch of M&Ms.

I Love Tiny Spheres

I can't tell you why I want this gadget that makes any liquid into tiny spheres, but I do. I'd probably play with this thing for a week or two, eating nothing but tiny spheres, then I'd pull it our every year or two so I can justify paying for it.

A Christmas Special You Don't Want To Miss - The Candy Cane Shiv

I was eating a candy cane the other day when I poked myself in the back of the throat with the really sharp end that had formed. It got me thinking about life in general, then I thought about all the little kids (and immature adults) that might be injured by these very dangerous candies. So, I decided to investigate the candy cane shiv, and the results are very fascinating.

Candy In The Media - Let The Argument Begin!

Probably the most heated debate in the candy world is weather or not white chocolate is chocolate, and PBS decided to take it on with science.
